I think it's somewhat irrational to have a lottery that even gets to these extremes. It doesn't really make sense - but then again, what does?

it makes sense once you think how much money they made selling tickets as the payoff slowly, but surely got larger and larger. the payouts to the winners (big and small) are a pittance in comparison.

daredevil season 3 is alright, but, man, some of the "allegory" is a bit on the nose. still, hey, it's a show about a comic book character. that's not exactly shocking.

i still haven't watched season two of luke cage. i have no reason why beyond i just wasn't feeling it at the time and then never got around to it. i never finished season two of jessica jones, either, but that was just because it was feeling like a bit of a drag.

and fuck iron fist. i'm glad it's dead.

Season 2 of JJ was good, but it needed to be trimmed by an episode or two.

Season 2 of Luke Cage was better than the first I thought. Definitely worth the revisit even if Danny Rand was in it for 2 episodes.
I can handle 2 episodes of him. More than that and the Iron Fist can go fist himself.
