[/QUOTE]My husband's Florida doctor told him to loss 20 lbs. He could never do it. We moved to Illinois and since I can't remember everything about cooking we get meals delivered. Much better than frozen dinners and pot pies we were eating. In a little over a year he lost the 20 lbs and we still eat well. Today he bought a dozen Spudnuts donuts. We haven't had them for over 25 years.
It's amazing to see how much weight can be lost by a bout with a summer cold. In the past three days, I've lost five pounds and now weigh a mere six pounds more than I did when I was eighteen.
I don't recommend it; it's a lousy way to lose weight.
..Oil quenched?
..
Lets see what the creator of Horse Labia comes up with. Should be interesting.

Never run out of milk, never; always have a back up. Sorry for you.

lou reed and the velvet underground = good stuffHow did I miss pretty much hearing anything off one of the greatest albums of all time? 50 years later and The Velvet Underground and Niko knocked my socks off.
only 1 tsp of hot sauce - then i added more, and more lime juice. but it also had kosher salt, ground cumin, cilantro, basil, garlic and half a cup of extra virgin olive oil. the bacon bits were an addition to the recipe, and we didn't have any jicama *shrugs*..
Oh no. It was lovely: Avocado, lime juice, mango, tomato's, red onion, umm, and a stingy bit of bacon bitts. I didn't see the hot sauce go in or even taste it, but I did see the bottle go back in the basket
*snort*I am not sure I like propellants in my taco either.
