today i weighed in for my 3rd and final weight loss challenge of the year finale. i came in 10th of 37 i think this time. definitely harder on the 3rd challenge than the first 2. lol

11 months later

72.2 pounds lighter.

ugh im taking the weekend to carb up.

i call it more of a lifestyle change. i am lazy keto. and i throw in a work out or 2 a weeks when i can.

ahhh the last 8 weeks were the worse between the stress of the old job...being laid off. worrying about the new job. my gosh ..sooooo much beer could have been drank. my fridge is finally slimmed down of the beer slightly. you know..till next weeks trip

its a beer festival in chicago that af has been to.. i always tell myself i will go and i never do. its all high abv beers mostly
