my new office doesnt have a fridge yet. i had my tuna for a snack at 9:45 this morning when i got here. now i leave in 20 minutes i figured i wont famish

At a place I used to work at, we had a food hoarder who would stuff the fridge with food and then never eat it. There was never any room because the food hoarder took it all. Me and the office assistant finally got fed up one day and we threw away nearly everything; it was all either visibly spoiled or out of date. Whoever it was never said anything. So weird.

ive worked in large places where they had to do that weekly.
it can get real gross
but how random it was a small place and they never said a word
maybeeee they were bringing it to share with everyone and noone ever ate it.

I have no clue. No one ever owned up to putting it in there in the first place. Some of us speculated that it might have been done by an employee who subsequently left, but we couldn't come up with a reason why they would not have taken their food with them. Somebody spent a fair amount of money on it.

I have to admit that I don't understand the hoarder mentality. I found out recently that someone that I've long liked and respected is a hoarder. I'm beginning to realize that there is a part of her mind that is very disordered. On the one hand, I feel bad for her, but on the other hand, there's nothing I can do to help and if I try, it will probably just make things worse.

i hoard random things... like can koozies... who need 300 koozies? appearently me..to be fair when i was boxing some up the other day my kid asked what i was doing .i said i was gonna get rid of some.
he said..what if you throw a party and 1000 people show up and they all want a cold beer

theres 1 place in the city here who has bcbs bottles a keg and sone variants. so im gonna hit that next Saturday
then i think im gonna hit warped wing in dayton for their whiskey rebellion release on the 8th.
theres also a dragons milk pub crawl in cincy that day i mayyyy do. 2 of my close friends are distro for them although 1 is national but they score me sooo much awesome shit
