I hate it when...
... My friends are sad - HUGSSS to all you lovely dears out there....
... One person can put the whole country at edge.... thank god it's over!
... My kids won't take their naps!
... I Can't seem to keep up on the freakin' housework - suppose getting off of here would help, eh?
... I am tired and just don't want to do anything!

I hate it when...
My husband is so mean to me one minute and is asking me to do something for him the next.
I'm expected to be everything for everyone but no one bothers to be anything for me.
I feel so alone in a house full of people.
I wallow in self-pity...it is so not like me.

I hate it when
--a "friend" of 15 years always wants symphathy for their life, but when something happens in yours, they don't even acknowledge it.
--when same friend has more compassion and concern for someone dealing w/ a bad situation, yes, but not a potential life threatening situation.
--when a "friend" tries to use you.
--when a "friend" expects you to be there for them when they need someone, but can't find a mere 5 mins for you when you need someone.

....there is longing in my heart and in my loins.
...her affections are handed about like cheap soiled coins.
...much attention is given but none is returned.
...I fear that, once again, I might be burned.
...I am unusually feeling blue.
...I cannot see the future, nor do I long to.

...that my mind, of late, has been unfocused and preoccupied.
...that I daydream of mysts in the mountains and gently rolling brooks.
...that I long for some downtime, a place and time to get away, with no veils, no roles, no stuggle, no decisions, no competition, no cooperation, no thought. Just a place and time, however little, where there exists only the present. A present that can be bundled into a present. Making memories than can be brought forth and slowly unwrapped, reliving each exact detail.
