I corrected my math teacher all the time, he seemed to appreciate it. It was his first year being a teacher instead of a TA though.

I've recently discovered Pecorino, and I've had some truly amazing bottles. Gorgeous bouquet, lovely tartness. But sometimes you get one that just feels absolutely flat. Pleasant, but boring compared with the others.
