I thought I would share this here as we have many BBWs and this gallery is quite artistic and impressive.

oh! I saw this in a gallery in Mass. a couple of years ago. It had me spell bound...it's so rare to see women of their size so comfortable in their body. The original portrait that Nimoy did of these women posed in the same positions as the classically beautiful was an interesting juxtaposition.

It warms the cockles of my heart to see someone in the entertainment industry doing something *interesting* with his money and time.

Sadly, there was a female photographer about ten years ago who did this kind of work, and she couldn't even find a printer and people were freaking out and protesting her gallery opening. I'm not implying Nimoy ripped her, just that it does help to have connections to help you around.

Leonard Nimoy has been taking pictures of hot naked chicks for years now. I love it.

These days he considers himself more a photographer than an actor.

Oh, and he speaks Yiddish!

I interpreted for Nimoy last weekend, and he talked a little bit about the project. He was actually taking pictures of more "normal" women, when he was approached by a member of a burlesque group for large ladies. That's how the Full Body Project started.
