So? The entire point of the second amendment is that if enough of us are bugged by our govt, we can start shooting them.

From one point of view, the American War of Independance was terrorism. The winner, however, writes history, and in this case the leaders of that revolution wrote into the constitution the means by which what they achieved could be repeated if necessary. Smart thinking. They also did their best to limit oppression by the majority that a democracy entails. That's why our govt is often brought to a standstill. It's designed that way.

I see words like "Shall not be infringed" nothing about "due process" for removing rights. Once you're on that train you've admitted its a privilege not a right. The government can declare you insane for whatever reason it wants, or a criminal. Hell I don't see an age limit either.
