Yeah, so I'm starting my college in a few weeks. I've always heard about crazy sexual experiences and experiments people do while in college. I'm a virgin but I'm totally planning on getting in on this college experience thingy! Help me out by sharing your crazy college experiences (sexual or non sexual). I have all my fantasies but I can use a few real experiences every now and then!

First Lesson

Ok.. So let this be your absolute first lesson in the college experience.

For many, many years... A sock on a doorknob has been a pretty universally understood symbol for "I am in here with my girlfriend / boyfriend - please stay away".

It's a way for one roommate to communicate to the other roommate that the room is being used for something other than sleeping and that the other roommate should... go hang out in the library for a while or something.

A few of my expereinces:

- One of my college girlfriends lived in a triple with two other girls and they all got along great (still great friends over 30 years later!). But one of the girl's boyfriends would call their room in the middle of the night (this was long before cell phones ) and come over for a booty call, thinking my girlfriend and the other roommate were still asleep. It drove them crazy, especially when it happened on nights before tests and they were trying to get some sleep. This went on for a while until one night my girlfriend picked up the phone, sat down on that girl's bed while they were going at it, and called me to come over. Then the third roommate did the same with her boyfriend. So I came over and got into bed with my girlfriend. When the third boyfriend got there, he slapped them and said something like, "Hey Tim, I hope you're making it worth her while." and got in his girlfriends bed and started having sex. The couple that started it ended quickly and he left. I found out later that day that he got kind of unnerved and was apparently was unable to finish.

- Be prepared to find out afterward that people have watched you having sex. With so many people living in such close proximity it WILL eventually happen. Luckily for me I went to school before cell phones, so there are no videos of me floating around.

- One weekend I visited a friend who went to another college and a female friend of his was all over me (something I was just not used to) and, even though I had no idea why she was, I didn't see any reason not to hook up so I did. When we went to the caf for brunch the next day everyone was looking at me, whispering, and giggling. While we were eating, he told me that she was a lesbian but told some friends (him included) that she still wondered what it would be like to have sex with a guy. Since I didn't go to that school, she thought I was the perfect "trial run" because she'd probably never see me again. She wasn't quite right because I went back a few more times before we graduated.

- Lots of situations where people did stupid and really dangerous things because they were drinking, not to mention simply drinking dangerous amounts of alcohol. Yes, that includes me. Years later I still shudder when I think about a few of those times, especially when I hear stories in the news about college students dying because of something that happened while they were drunk or simply because of they drank themselves to death. Have fun, but be careful. Seriously. It would be a shame to lose such a young Litster.

Pretty muh anything on the doorknob means "having sex, stay out". Be prepared for parties, drugs, and the availability of sex. I've walked in on way too many people having sex at parties. So just be prepared. Oh. Make sure you being condoms if you are going to have sex...some college guys can be dumb

If you're a virgin now, you might have "interesting" times when/if the guys find out. Nothing focuses the mind like finding out a girl is still a virgin.

As to the experiences themselves, depending on where you're going (the size of the school, student mix, etc) you will either have an easy time finding guys of all types ready to do pretty much anything you ask, or a not so easy time finding guys of all types ready to do pretty much anything. Your best hope is to find a guy who is willing to walk you through your desires at your pace.

For example, you may want to try anal. If you hook up with a guy's whose sole purpose is to ram it home like in 99.99% of the videos out there, you will most likely be turned off AND very sore. Conversely, you find the guy who takes his time and you could be an anal slut in no time.

A final thought for now, whatever you do, DO NOT beat around the bush. If you want something, ask. Most college guys are ready to jump at the chance for almost anything and just need to be given the signal. If you like a guy, tell him. Don't be coy.

P.S. Two final thoughts. 1) protection. Lots and lots of protection. Go out and buy a gross of condoms or visit the school nurse/medical facilities/whatever on a regular basis and grab a handful. Don't forget the lube as well.

2) Speaking from personal experience, if the horrid thing happens and you get raped, IMMEDIATELY call the police. Do no wait, do not take a shower, do not burn your clothes. You call, or have someone you trust call, and get the samples while they are fresh. Then you let us know and we will take it from there. Capiche?

That's actually pretty good info.

Also, don't trust someone who hands you a drink. My uni has had a lot of date rape drugs turn up, and people using them on others. If you hear of a place, person, or fraternity house that has a bad rep, don't trust them until the prove otherwise.

Otherwise, enjoy college. You'll learn, grown, and experience all sorts of new things. Don't be afraid to try something, but so it with someone you trust who will make sure you're okay.

I played IM hockey and after our games, we'd go to the bar and enjoy a couple of pitchers of beer. One night, my friend Pam and Earl leave together and the group never thinks about it.

The next day, Earl begins to tell me that he had his way with Pam. No intercourse, but 'she' had removed all her clothing and they engaged some heavy petting and oral sex. He bragged that he came on her tits.
