As I said I do think they are mostly sinus related.

I went to the ENT about three weeks ago now. I took his course of treatment but it didn't help and in fact has made some things worse as well as adding new problems.

So I give up. I'm done with this.

I refuse to be sick anymore because I am fed up with it. From now on I declare me well!

Honey, I have to agree with Etoile. That sounds like a migraine. Especially if over the counter stuff doesn't work, and the ENT wasn't able to help. *gentle hugs*

Crap. I really don't want to have Migraines or any other health challenges but I'll take those hugs!

Anyway I've decided I am not having any more head aches at all or any other problems from now, on so that is that!

I'm so glad K will be home!

One of the reasons OTC painkillers might make you feel like you're bleeding inside is because in a migraine your digestion shuts down due to the pain. So the pain killers just sit there irritating your tummy.
Also if you have even thrown up from one they're probably migraines.
Finally, if they are worse on one side than the other...ditto.
Sorry you're feeling crummy.

yup, I have that too... and sound of course. My aura isn't visual - I feel like there's a fog in my head.

My bitch - I gained 1.6 pounds last week. I was good this week and only lost the 1.6, no extra. and I'm craving chips and dip (I have for 5 days) , so I'm trying to decide whether to go out and have them now when I have 7 days of damage control or resist.
