That's probably the problem. She might not even understand it herself.

Sometimes it's hard to see these things when you are standing in your own skin.

Is it possible that all her creative energy (hell energy period) is being used up doing this? I know when I am working on an art project, all my energies are focused on that one thing and sometimes I have a hard time breaking out and stretching myself to do much of anything else. Unless I am manic and then plenty of energy, albeit somewhat unfocused....

Have to agree with the others, one doesn't turn off the sexual drive/interest switch suddenly - so maybe a combination of things but definitely would persue more conversation with her.

Make sure you tell the airlines it is for a funeral and see if they will give you a better rate (so you dont end up paying full fare).

the major airlines usually dont leave you as a standby passenger and give you free or almost free airfare.

That would SO rock. My step dad will probably be flying down, too, so we might be able to go together. I've looked up rental cars and hotel prices, and they're not to bad, but round trip is about $400 and i just don't see it. I"ll call em as soon as I have a specific date for the funeral.

Tell the hotel it's a funeral, too.

We needed 3 rooms for my Grandma's funeral (one for my mum and dad, one for my brothers, one for me-my sister went with her SO), and the guy asked if it was for a convention. My dad said, "No a funeral," and the guy said, "Oh, I'll give you the convention rate then." That was at the Radisson. So it's worth a try.

My sincerest condolences for you and all your family. Try to be happy that she had a full life and died in her own home and not in a way that caused long-drawn out pain.

No, like she ran out the door when we were talking out the recyclebles and went wild running as fast and as far as she can.

Also the pet stores and sporting good stores are closed so I can't get a have a heart trap tonight. Not even Walmart had them. They had hookers in RV's but no traps.

This is a HUGE crisis for my kids and husband.
