“Fields of Gold”, about a Chinese-American girl who goes to West Point, becomes an army Apache pilot, and dies in Afghanistan. A total tear-jerker of a romance with sex and violence. Major sex and violence.....

I’ve got about thirty percent of it drafted but it needs a major effort to finish the draft, rewrite and edit.

“Boys Over Flowers.” Another romantic tear jerker about an Asian American girl and a white guy. Her parents and his break up the relationship, forbid her seeing him and send her away .... but he finds her and true love blossoms anew.... it’s far better than it sounds.....

They both sound gorgeous. Fields of Gold sounds like an epic, x

I've got a story idea for an all female buccaneer crew. I really think it'll be great, but I just don't have the time to research it properly.

Maybe I should put a note in my sig similar to NotWise - "Its a rollicking tale of the sea romance that will be done someday -- I swear."

I got a thing about pirates, if you do write it you MUST include a scene where they're all drunk on grog. x

That's pretty ambitious. Usually, I write a story first and then figure out what category to put it in. There are some categories I will likely never get to.

Well, of course. West Indian rum acquired from their first Spanish merchant ship, leading to a rollicking lesbian orgy above and below decks.

But, as Jamie and Lisa noted in a comment about real female pirates - make sure they are anchored in a secluded spot where they're unlikely to be ambushed.
