The Best Gift Ideas?

What have been the best gift ideas you've found while shopping this year? Books, CDs, Games, Gadgets, Clothes, Candies, etc.


I need some last minute ideas.

I can't tell you the best gift I've bought, but I can tell you about the best gift I've recieved this year. It was a beautiful journal from a wonderful friend. The thoughts behind it truly made it a gift from the heart and those are the best ones to give AND recieve.

BTW ....... I was purposely vague about the thoughts behind the gift. It was incredibly touching and personal but I still wanted to share it in some small way.

An idea I had for some of my lady friends

A gift certificate for a day at a spa or beauty parlor. Manicure pedicure, facial ect... The works. Would this be a good present?
