C’mon ace surely you can do better than this after all these years! First it was “hotlinking” (proved subsequently to be a bogus issue) now it’s “viruses” and “malware”. Instead of spending all your time chasing lovergirl (yes the convicted cheat) and yours truly, james r scouries (LITEROTICA’S #1 AUTHOR) around the forums you should buckle down and try to write at least one story that is a best seller (100,000 units sold. 100+ comments, 2500+ votes).

As to MANU’S paying or not paying attention I think you should be glad he’s not. If he was who do you think this clever techno and marketing genius would bounce – the best selling author (million seller, most commented and voted on stories on the site, biggest royalty earner) or the grumpy, whining gay guy with multiple troublemaking ALTS who struggles to get 2000 views and 20 votes on his endless stream of SusieQ-like submissions? How are you so sure that "non authors" for lack of a better term don't see these posts. … because all it would take is a couple of "non authors" to do a lot of damage. I am 100% sure! After seven years of studying the LITEROTICA themed contest system, after reading seven years of oggie/lion lady support threads, after hearing back from thousands and thousands of readers, after crunching the numbers through the SW computer system, after reading hundreds of back-room AHer PMs plotting cheating techniques, after communicating with thousands of A.I.R. Members, I am sure.

The readers come to LITEROTICA to read stories – they simply don’t care about these contests! Supposedly 300,000-500,000 people visit this site daily. Now how many visitors do you see in AHland when you click open the forum page? 20? And you know who 19 of them are. The only people who care about the contests are the authors themselves. It is the authors who cheat! Always has been, always will be.

As to your last question, yes lovergirl (yes the convicted cheat) I think we both do! You were made to look very bad in that infamous contest. First you were identified as a cheat and then second you went off on a wild rant about it. You looked bad both ways. And so you’ve been flailing around ever since trying to reestablish your reputation.

But let’s face it – your story wasn’t worth a 4.8 or 4.7 or 4.6! But don’t worry; no contest story is worth that high a score. To get a true “5” score in a contest a reader has to say that the story in question is “one of the best” stories in the contest. With up to 100 stories in a typical contest what percentage of random readers do you think would have scored your story “one of the best”? Even if 20% of readers thought it was “one of the best” that would mean 80% would have to score it as a “4” or lower.

We’ll never know what happened in that infamous contest. Did you cheat? Or did someone set you up? Or did LAUREL do you in herself? My own guesstimate, based on years of contest observation, is that you, like many others have done in the past, tried to slip some extra votes into the ballot box. So you cheated! But I also suspect that the hundreds that were removed from your story weren’t all your “bad” votes. I’ve always believed that as many good votes are swept away as are bad ones. And then there’s the LAUREL factor.

I’ve learned over the years that our QUEEN has a particular sense of humor. I also believe that she massages the final results to suit her likes and dislikes and that odd sense of humor of hers. Giving you a public spanking given your forum persona over the months leading up to the contest would be quite in keeping with her normal modus operandi. And quite frankly can we blame her? The poor old girl has to read 50-100 generally poorly written porn stories every day. She’s gotta have some fun!

However there is good news for you. She invariably eventually makes it up to the injured party. And there is quite a pool of money being wagered in ScouriesWorld these days on the when and wherefore of said “redemption of lovergirl (ytcc)”. So don't despair, Cheaters can prosper on LITEROTICA!​

What a way to end the LITEROTICA section of the contest! A cut-and-paste "woodland" SCI-FI story from "last minute" les (which just happened :rolleyes: to recieve 25 "5" VOTES in the first three minutes it was up on the site) and two more from mr pauletta!

Just as there are two types of stories on this site, there are two kinds of writers on this site, pornographic and erotic.

Much as I don't enjoy porn films, I don't write pornography. I write erotica. There's a big difference.

Those who enjoy my stories are those who prefer reading a story that has a slow burn. They prefer reading a complete story, instead of just reading a sex scene. They need that to stimulate their imaginations by reading my storis.
