The Aussie Arvo Chat Thread

Today I heard my D talking to a friend on the phone and today, for the first time in two years he spoke Australian *nods*.........he said ''tomorrow arvo mate''. It sounded so funny:D

That is freakin awesome :D

*grins* I am gonna really tease him later. Its about time bacuse he keeps saying the word 'stuff'' over and over and taking the piss out of my flat vowels :D

what if it's not a fatal wound???? maybe a short blade in the thigh? it's not like i'm gonna stab his eye with a fork or anything sinister like that....

;)

You know, its surprising hard to stab someone without killing them, and then when you want to kill them it just doesn't happen, 50+ stabs and they still jumping around.

I recommend a dislocated rib, very painful, does no damage. Perfect kodak moment.

:D

Loving the comments on the article.

The possum gets my vote for being the the most intelligent participant in this story. Hmmm, that's not quite right. The possum in fact gets my vote for being the only intelligent participant in this story.

Is anyone here following the football? I'm not as such, but my husband barracks for Geelong, so I imagine he's paying attention.

Me three. Football players were only ever good for one thing as far as I was concerned and it wasn't footy ;).

Oh what a chequered past. Now I'm a saint though.

Because...

*The_mgp took a redundacy a few weeks ago, so she's enjoying the solvent lifestyle.

*M is a dj so he has no usual schedual. Infact he's been composing all night (I've been helping).

*I have a three day, mid-week long weekend (I'm a chef so I work weekends).

So that's why, life on the other side of the fence baby. :)
