5-stars. Hottest story on Lit. I had to read it twice.Krispy Kreme offers $1 Original Glazed® dozen BOGO Saturday through Monday and perfect pairing of FREE coffee and doughnut on National Coffee Day
Tims is the national flagship donut store in Canada. They are all good and depends what I am hungry for. We don't have many Tim Horton's down here in Fla!
Despite the name, Krispy Kreme flagship donuts are not actually creme filled for you5-stars. Hottest story on Lit. I had to read it twice.
though Krispy Kreme is in Canada, they have limited locations only in the largest cities. Fer instance, in Ontario, all their locations are in the Greater Toronto Area, which is only a 17 hour drive away from me (in the same province).Oh, I know EXACTLY what I'm getting into with Krispy Kreme. They're REALLY popular.
I bought a couple boxes of Krispy Kreme for a social gathering. On the subway ride to the place, people kept asking to buy donuts from me. I made some of my money back. They're SOOOO delicious.
The glazing gets me messy enough for it to be Lit-worthy.
gotta love double ds...Not big on KK
Best dognut is DDs Apple Spice.
There web site tells me my closest one is in Canada, a few hours away. And I do not live in Canada.though Krispy Kreme is in Canada, they have limited locations only in the largest cities. We just got a new double D here and the local donut shop closed up.There web site tells me my closest one is in Canada, a few hours away. And I do not live in Canada.
We do have double D's everywhere. This is the part of the country where if you can find a spot to shoot off a gun and no DD can hear it, start bullding one there.
Despite them being ubiquitous all through new england, I'm not a huge fan. And I will always try to go to a local place than a chain when I can.We just got a new double D here and the local donut shop closed up.
I'm satisfied with what I've written, it's what comes next that I'm not so sure on.If I posted that, I would have to add "and a few of them were good ones."
We don't have any Dunkin's or Waffle Houses around here. Although I do wish they'd build a Casey closer to here. We're getting a new Dunkin's down the street from here--about a mile away. I haven't had one of their donuts in the modern age. I've only had their coffee once, and that was in suburban Atlanta.
Dunkin's in New England sounds like Waffle House in the south. We checked once while driving in Alabama, and if you were out of site of a Waffle House sign, it probably meant the trees were blocking your view.
I had to look up Casey's. We don't have them here, and when their website couldn't find a nearby location it gave me this:I'm satisfied with what I've written, it's what comes next that I'm not so sure on.

Casey's serves the boonies so you must really be out there.
We moved back to Washington very briefly after my dad died. (It was more like a one year visit to help my mom get her affairs in order) And on the trip back we very nearly cried the first time we spotted a Casey in I think Nebraska, but I'm not sure. The eldest is a very picky eater but there is always something she'll eat there. D=I had to look up Casey's. We don't have them here, and when their website couldn't find a nearby location it gave me this:
We met Tim Horton's in the Detroit area last fall and stocked the AirBnB with their coffee. Didn't have their donuts. I didn't even know they sold donuts.Tim Horton's packed up and left most of the US 10-15 years ago. We used to have one about an hour away. There are a bunch in western Ohio, three in Houston, and a handful of single stores scattered in the eastern US.

edit: And to be honest, I can't remember the last time I had a donut.
Lobos up by eleven with nine minutes to go ...@Candy_Kane54, the Lobos are playing the (NM State) Aggies this afternoon at 2:00 Mountain Time. If you want to watch, you can find it streaming on themw.com. There may actually be a crowd in the stadium.
Krispy Kreme Donuts actually originated in Buffalo NY. The system to make those yummy donuts was invented by an ancient donut shop called "Freddies Donuts" But Freddy didn't make a go of it. He sold the recipe and machinery to a couple of fellows who moved I think it was to North Carolina, opened up Krispy Kreme and made a killing.I know EXACTLY what I'm getting into with Krispy Kreme. They're REALLY popular.
Get your levels stabilized and figure out how much you can cheat and where you want to use that budget. It might be a donut a week. Or a milkshake a month. Or whatever.KK - Closest is 70 miles away. When we lived closer to one, it was always fun when they were running the machine and would hand out free samples hot off the conveyor to anyone waiting in line.
DD - Closer, only 30 miles. Cream-filled always my preference. Powdered sugar on top? Very, very messy. Don't dare eat 'em in the car.
Casey's - Quality is regional due to contracted suppliers. We have three in our town, and I haven't been happy with any of them. The one near our (former) cabin was great.

Local? We had a great one that lasted about two years. Did a land-office business they couldn't handle. Our choices here are either Casey's, or the bakery at the large-chain supermarket. Now theirs aren't bad, and cooked on-site.
But it doesn't matter any more. Just diagnosed with Type 2, and the doctor frowns on this kind of activity.![]()
And they closed it out at 38-20.Lobos up by eleven with nine minutes to go ...
