Good morning denizens of the grease spoon. Another good night sleep after my monthly massage yesterday.

Some random thoughts from the thread and yesterday conversations:

Scotland is such a wonderful place to vacation. It is on my bucket list to visit again.

Warning up today but fall like weather coming next week. Of course so are the U students. 😯

Need to find a dog sitter that does an overnight at the house that I trust.

After reading the woes of finding good handy men and workers from Wat and my masseuse, I rethinking home ownership.

Maybe one of the college counselors can connect you with either a junior or senior at the college who has an established reputation and could be a connection with the younger generation. I'm sure they would enjoy the money and trust as well.

I know?! How does that happen? It’s the ER, I know they’re busy, but damn…

Anyhow, big day today. She has a Zoom w her oncologist. I’ve got my DiL covering that w her. Then I take her to get a nuclear bone density check. Something like she drinks the glowing fluid and then I take her to lunch. We come back in a couple and they X-ray? We’ll eat well at least. 🤣

Hoping the news is good on the oncology front…

Was in a weird mood all day…probably worried about momma. Watched a cool Smiths vid on the U-Toob with an old Anna Karena movie as the backdrop. Not even sure if it’s officially sanctioned, but it sent me on a B&W pix rabbit hole. The next few MZ’s will be B&W shots…of famous people and not so famous. l used to participate in a B&W pix thread somewhere over in the playground…till the young’uns ran me out…

I did programming on industrial control computers. Regardless of the system there were provisions to add notes to the program about what was the purpose of each line on what was supposed to happen. I made copious notes for several reasons not the least of which was my poor memory.
