Sorry I cant stay today but the management is due home from this afternoon and I got "pink" jobs to do. I have cleaned the kitchen, bedroom, and ensuite I now need to go through the house to make sure that all evidence has been removed. .... I mean tidy up a little

Welcome home Boat. Made it in yesterday also. Good to be back in port!

News on the medical front. Momma’s best friend is a lady that lived across the street. The middle child is a nurse and she found my mother a back doc. Well…it turns out that after two MRI’s in the ER…she had a broken bone in her back after all…. I was so pissed when I heard this. A lot of pain and suffering over the last week…anyhow, they’ve got her on some different meds and she’s resting. I’m going over for a Health&Welfare meeting today to make sure she’s comfy. I think we go see her oncologist tomorrow. Hopefully, she’s on the mend.

Hurricane looks like it’s staying away. Light breeze and cloudy today. Let Erin slip on out to sea…

Have you had the shingles vaccines?

Not covered by insurance. The cost was around $150 when I considered that option. I thought shingles happens much later in life when the immune system is weaker. And now I wonder if my recent development of food allergies was caused by a flu vaccination. I can accept a bout of shingles as an inconvenience. Vaccinations are too much risk.
