We had a meeting with the residents of the next job coming up. The liaison woman and the VP of Manglement woman both were rather dynamic in the presentations to the residents. They told Wat that he did quite well with his little bit, too. The best thing was the flavor of the whole thing. There was none of the discord that we had at the last one of these.


You know, the one where the potential jailbird lives.


That said, it's time to wrangle a few sleep weasels . . . .

***** TSUNAMI WARNING**** HAWAII AND ENTIRE WEST COAST OF UNITED STATES.....

There was a big earthquake off Russia today. My kids texted me they were under tsunami alert. They live in the hills above Honolulu. WA is as well, however, I'm too far inland for it to be a threat to me. I do fear for those on the coasts.

Finished early tonight. My trainer wrecked me, as usual! I'm so sore!

I have to be up early (0800!) tomorrow for the electricians who are fixing the botched remodeler contractor's job. They just have to install some relay for something, something electrical. Then inspection by the State can be scheduled. I'm going to invite the contractor to pay the bill. If not, I'm going after his bond.

Yep. It was so easy... brown the onions and meat add tomatoes stock and cabbage and simmer.... so yummy

I didn't like Brussels sprouts as a kid because my mom boiled the crap out of them. The first time I tasted roasted Brussels sprouts, I tasted Nirvana!

Yep.. it all has to do with the method of cooking....

Liver tastes like it smells.... and there aren't enough onions to cover up the taste
