Federal judge dismisses Trump’s attempt to block release of John Bolton’s book

According to a report from CNN, Judge Royce Lamberth of the US DC District Court denied Donald Trump’s attempt to stop the release of former aide John Bolton’s book.

On Friday, the judge did not make a ruling but noted that “It certainly looks difficult to me as to what I can do about those books all over the country,” adding “The horse, as we used to say in Texas, seems to be out of the barn.”

According to reports, over 250,000 copies of the book have already been shipped.

Covidiots To Celebrate Massive Spike In Coronavirus Cases With 'No Mask Day' Today

Yesterday, there were 33,539 new documented cases of COVID-19, most of them coming from the South and California. It was the largest daily number of cases since May 1st.

So, naturally, morons across the country are celebrating "No Mask Day" and asking people not only to go out without a mask, but for all stores, cities and towns to end their mask orders so that Republicans can spread the virus to their heart's content. For some reason they are all super jazzed to contract the virus, perhaps in hopes of getting to try that exciting hydroxycholorquine stuff?

While this appears to have started with a Connecticut-based group called CT Liberty Rally, there are scheduled events all over the country. Except for Tulsa, Oklahoma, as all of the non-mask wearers there will be attending the Trump rally today.

Aawwwww! Trump is all butt-hurt again!

Trump had been bragging for weeks that a million people had requested tickets for his rally in Tulsa. The arena in Tulsa only holds 19,000, so Trump was planning to address an overflow crowd outside the arena before the actual rally.

Only there was no overflow crowd.

And inside the arena, more than half the seats were empty!

Trump tried to make up excuses for why the turnout for his rally was so small, but his excuses were so lame, nobody is taking his excuses seriously.

Trump's approval ratings are low and he has fewer supporters now than he did three years ago. The American People have lost all faith in him. That's why his crowd sizes are so small!

But Trump can't handle the truth, so he makes up childish excuses to try and explain it all away.

Trump protester taken for mental health evaluation ‘to keep her from talking to the press’: Tulsa lawmaker

Police in Tulsa, Oklahoma arrested a woman with a ticket to President Donald Trump’s rally for trespassing because she was wearing an “I Can’t Breathe” T-shirt.

The arrest of Sheila Buck was broadcast live on MSNBC on Saturday.

Raw Story spoke with Oklahoma state Rep. Monroe Nichols, who represents Tulsa in the legislature. Nichols praised Buck as a “tremendous community leader.”

“I haven’t talked to Sheila yet, but as I understand it, they took her for a mental health evaluation — which I really believe was to keep her from talking to the press,” Nichols said.

“She was sitting quietly doing nothing, there was nothing about her demeanor that needed any kind of mental health evaluation,” he explained. “That’s when you know you screwed up and are trying to cover your tracks by not allowing her to talk to folks — at least that’s my opinion, that’s not an official statement from the police department or anything like that, but that’s my opinion.”

‘Berman is still the US Attorney for SDNY’: Legal experts conclude Trump screwed up firing with statement to the press

On Friday evening, the Department of Justice put out a statement claiming that U.S. Attorney Geoffrey Berman would be stepping down from leading the SDNY.

But the office put out a statement later Friday evening saying that was not true and denying he had resigned.

On Saturday, Attorney General Bill Barr wrote a letter to Berman saying President Donald Trump had fired him.

But Trump disputed that in comments made to reporters as he left the White House to attend a controversial campaign rally in Tulsa.

Yes, Trump is saying he's not involved, and that's the only way Berman can be removed. Barr is a wannabe President, but he's not the President. As I read the law, Berman is still the US Attorney for SDNY. https://twitter.com/DavidPriess/status/1274438224082018311 …
