Happy hottest-month-ever-in-the-entire-history-of-the-universe!​

Things are about as well as can be excited around my house. My best friend and her daughter are STILL living with us. Going on 8 months now... But, there is light at the end of the tunnel. She is contemplating a move to Austin.. whiiich has its ups and downs as far as I'm concerned. Yes, Austin is WAY FUN but it's flippin' 3 hours away. I would be able to visit her and get away some, but our day to day hanging out would be no more... Whatever happens... i wish it would just go ahead and happen. I'm ready for a change. (As I'm sure you can imagine!)

I have really missed all of you. REally! Truly! I miss the sexy nonchalance that Lit brings to my life, and lately... well, I've not had nearly enough of that sexiness. Don't worry, I'm getting laid plenty though. *wink*

Mom is doing O.K. She had to be put on dialysis a few weeks ago - but we have all the hope in the world that this will help her to feel better. Things are constantly dicey with her, so if you're a praying sort - please think of Mom.

I can't wait to get back here. Spend some time. Show some leg.

It's been a while since I've seen ya prowling the boards...Hope things work out or have worked out with your friend and the move. A road trip now and then might be just the ticket... let your hair down in Austin for a w/e without any worries...ya know.. what happens in Austin.. stays in Austin...some great music there I know...my cousin and SRV moved there when they started SRV's first band...way back when...
And prayers for your mom... hope that works out as well. It's always tough to see those you love not doing well, and we steel ourselves against the possibilities...I am the prayin' type...so it will be offered up each day for her.

And just 'cause I pray, doesn't mean I don't think and can still say that you are one hot Texas Rose...If you ever decide to come up to the north country...new england...I'd be honored to show you and yours the sights...just don't come in winter...I'll be skiing...lol... not a lot of texas ladies like sliding on the snow i bet..
