Could anybody have one of their certifiably, entirely bland (no offense!) friends take this test?
It would be interesting to have a control group to test the actual efficacy of the examination. Presumably they'd come up with 0%'s and/or very low percentages for most of the results.

I think this is so interesting. I wish it differentiated between submissive and bottom more. I like being on the bottom of power exchanges in play, but only in play, not real life. Otherwise, I actually think this is fairly accurate, surprisingly.

I'll illustrate what I was trying to say before:

Even though everybody pretty much says that it's accurate you probably noticed a tendency for the results of self-described 'vanilla' people to have high Switch ratings and/or high traits that are stereotypically outside the norm. E.g somebody with an 86% Vanilla score might also have 72% Dominant & Submissive scores and maybe high Ageplayer too, with the rest of the generally BDSM-orientated ratings low.

This leads me to believe that even though people say it's accurate (I believe them) the test is either mistaking a person's general aggressiveness in the bedroom for an overarching BDSM orientation or doing some kind of presumptuous comparison of scores.
Or, more likely, maybe it's quantifying D/s in a way that I'm not.

It also seems that quite a few, me included, didn't feel that the bottom tier scores were of much use (my Slave score should be 0%, Owner = 0%, Sadist= (-)100%, etc). So I would agree with your thought that it isn't as precise as the hard numbers would like to imply. Still, it seems pretty good for a general "label maker"
