Pussy is always a big deal Mistress. Were that all that was involved, then it would not be a big deal at all. But the fact the seemingly organized crime is giving it away to athletes makes it news for me.

This means that they set the odds and stuff and now apparently have some input into the lives of some of the biggest stars in the game.
