Maybe an evil windmill...

If you accept the idea that an avatar is supposed to be a representation of how we perceive ourselves or how we want to be perceived by others, than we have to assume that Shin thinks of himself as a seriously bad-ass killing machine, a reaper of death placed among us to deal out the ultimate fate with no mercy or forgiveness.
Or ...
... that he's a D&D geek with a lack of social skills brought on by years in front of a computer screen next to a half-empty bag of nachos and countless semi-crushed cans of soda around the room.
(Yes, that was harsh, but I haven't sliced into anyone for a couple of days and I needed the practice.)

ShinigamiSama said:the reaper representation is that of my personality traits. Death is a very important thing to life and thats how I see how much death is missing in modern society. Whats more suited to a person who embraces death than Death itself?
Ekserb said:Get a lot of dates with that kind of personality? I hear the girls go crazy for a guy who embraces death.
desired_tempest said:you know i didnt even read all of his thing till now...a guy who embraces death is kinda scary...but everyone has their own thing...

Actually, it's not the pre-Incan death god that I wanted (Who's name was either "Rom" or "Rum"), because there are no pictures of him that we've found. It's the Incan god Supay.... who partially subsumed the role of the pre-Incan death god.
Yeah, I'm an archaeology nerd.
I made an avatar that was an animated gif of all the different kinds of "ROM" that showed everything from the comic book character to the ferengi bartender from star trek, to the computer chip, to the Incan god....but it was just too much dancing bologna.
...I guess that makes me a computer nerd too.

I was wondering, what do you guys think about Saddam Hussein's execution?
