Previously posted and ignored. A tattoo is a personal choice, not a descision you should leave to interweb strangers to make for you.

Look, if you want a tattoo, get one. If you dont, dont. People in all walks of life have them: drs., buisnessmen, PhDs, etc..as well as felons and garbage men.

Theres always gonna be people on this board telling you not to, 'you look slutty. why mark up a sacred canvas.etc etc.' Theres gonna be some telling you its a great idea. If you need the internet to validate you, fucking grow up. They dont let kids in middle school get a tattoo without parent approval.

You know what? I approve, get a tattoo. Make sure its a yin-yang or a tribal though and pick it off the wall.

I have already made the decision and have said so. I am NOT and NEVER was seeking approval or validation from the internet for my decision. It has not been a decision made lightly.

What I actually wanted was some sensible ideas about location that others may have experience with, or have seen. I do not neccessarily want to go with the usual locations. Others have lived with tattoos and may be able to provide insight about the practicality of locations on the body. (eg visiblilty etc).

Thank you to all those who read my thread opener and have actually given me some useful advice and ideas.
