I am in a "bad tattoos" community on LiveJournal, where people share awful tattoos they've found from around the net. I found one tonight that was so bad I had to share it here, too.

I think this girl was trying to say "I am an outsider" but it came out "I is a (male) other" - OOPS!

Hmmmm.... trying to remember my 3 year of French from 20 year ago I was translating that as "I'm an other" too. I think she was wanting to say
"j't'un outre" But that's just a guess...

It would be "je suis une autre" - I am a (female) other. What she said was more like "I is a (male) other" - but again, I think she was going for "outsider" which would be "je suis une étrangère" really.
