Tattoos on men: sexy or not?

Thinking about a dragon tattoo at my hip at the moment. Is that a sexy thing or not when it comes to men?

I always want tattoos in places where you can see them only in half naked state so job is no problem, age is 40 and my phsique looks ok

You shouldn't get a tattoo based on what others think. If there is something you want permanently on your body then go for it.

As for if its sexy, I think placement counts. For instance if you get a 'tramp stamp' that would be laughable. Back/shoulder, upper arm, chest, calf - more acceptable on men.

I already have a tat ,,, and if i will get a second one it will be on my chest or my hip. And i am just curious what others think, but it is nothing that shapes my decision

I think sexy....I have tats and I got them for specific reasons, preserving memories of important times in my life. But I agree, one should not get a tat just to look hot, they are on you for life, they shouldn't be something you regret at 50

In my case is that i am feeling hot myself ... so when you like your tats you have another vibe around you sometimes. Like i said before i don't regret small tats and the one i have i never regreted

Meh, men are sexy, their body art is just like permanent clothing.

Never wanted a man for his tattoos, prefer no tats or piercings but as long as they aren't offensive...

Oh I'm a big believer in small tats, I like mine to be hidden, although I do not mind guys who have their tats out in the open, either way it is still hot

I find tattoos sexy on anyone if they are good tattoos. And I always love hearing the stories behind them. But people who have a random object on thier body "just because", I don't get that. You are scarring your body for life, at least have a good personal reason for doing it. And what can I say, I like hip tattoos

I'm not big on lots of tattoos. However, some are usually ok, I agreed with the Depends on placement, how many, what kind of thing. I have 2 tattoos but no one can see them unless I'm naked. They are just for me, and I didn't ask anyone before I got them cause when I saw them, I knew it was me.
That being sad, if you want it, it's for you. Do it.

Very wise . I completely agree. Getting one just because or because of peer pressure is pretty dumb. I like tats that are artworks not random nonsense lol

When I hear "hip tattoo" it seems pretty girly to me, much like if you said you were gonna get a lower back tattoo.

Anyway, I hope they're sexy. Its not why I got them, but they're on my lower arms and they're not going anywhere.
