I would like that..... I am getting ready to go out and break up my sidewalk so that I can start my deck project. What a way to spend a day off! maybe another cup of coffee first........:rose::rose::rose::rose::kiss:

I'm hoping to brose the "used garden equipment" ads this weekend and find a used rottotiller. :D My dad said he will come with me to look it over and then show me how to use it. :D Granted, I can only do this on Mon. and Wed. of next week. :rolleyes:

I'm glad your somewhat better, hope you to continue to improve. I know my boss suffered from a lung virus and was in the hospital because of it. She's back at work now... 3 weeks later. :eek:

No gym today... Still coughing and my Mrs. said that if there isn't significant improvement soon I'll be visiting the Doctor again...

I had my first appointment last Wednesday. He listened to my lungs but didn't seem concerned... He was more concerned about my weight!

5' 10", a 35 inch waist and 177.8 pounds (last weigh day in gym clothes) but the Doctors scale said 185 in street clothes...

Western boots, jeans and a long sleeved shirt... :rolleyes:

I almost asked him if he wanted to arm wrestle... :devil:

I did a little lite gardening yesterday morning and again early evening, so I'm getting better. I just can't loose the cough and the sinus stuff.

This may require something stronger or more modern than my collodial silver.

(((hugs))) Take yourself to the Doc then. This stuff that is going around is NOT good!! :mad: *that's my angry face* ;) :kiss:

Work is good here, a bit hectic. A couple head honchoettes are visiting over the next couple of days; so this stresses out management. Me... I'm just a small speck in the scheme of life, so I just plan on doing my job. :rolleyes:
 
What a day... :rolleyes: But I don't want to go into details, let's just say...It's been a ride.

Anywho...

I told the spouse this morning that come next Friday (because that is when I get paid) I'm going to join Curves. I drive past it every day I go to work, if I drive through this one particular town. They "claim" a 20min. workout will work all the places I need worked, so why not give it a try?

The YMCA is on my way to work also, but we really don't use it as much as we should for what we are paying.

I am enjoying this weather, and looking forward to discovering what plants I have outside. I know right now I have peonies, surprise lilies, irises and day lilies. I have one tulip plant as well and I believe one rose bush.

I'm going to look for a used rottotiller and see if I can con my dad into helping me learn how to use it properly the first time out. :D

As far as weight progress goes. . .well again I'm holding steady. I'm 50lbs away from the 170 goal I set for myself, but I may hit 180 and say... done. LOL After all that is the goal the surgeon said was a good one for me. :D The dietician wants 160. I see that more realistic after I've had the skin surgeries.

Aww... I didn't mean to share it. I wanted to keep it all to myself. :( :kiss:

Thanks for the rub and kisses. I've still got the headache, but it is not as intense as it was. It's no longer making me nauseous.

I think it will fit in my schedule a lot easier than the Y and I know it'll fit in my budget a lot better.
