I really like Etiole's suggestion about some encouraging moans - always makes me get hard in an instant and want to lap and lick (not that I need much encouragement lol)
I think if you are sure that other things are not bothering him like they seem to with other guys (think it's nasty, don't like licking where you pee, etc.) and it is the "have to make you cum" behavior, you can assure him that this is foreplay - that you want to be teased by his tongue for a while to get nice and juiced for some pounding intercourse!
