I understand completely my sweet, each time it passes the last thing you want to do is believe that it will come back, invariably it does and it just adds to the desperation we feel.

Try not to isolate yourself (pot speaking here ), take a good look at the world around you (seriously this does more than you think), try hard, really hard to something that makes you feel better, it doesn't have to be anything huge, it might be a bath or a movie, sometimes just the realisation that you can feel good can be the trigger to an up swell of good thoughts. (I shaved for the first time in two weeks the other day, shouldn't have made any difference but it did.)

We both know this will pass, at worst hang on to that thought with all your might.

You are loved and cared for, you give love and care in beautifully unselfish way, you will win because you have the inner spirit that is needed.
