Check out Babeland.com. They have recommendations on larger harnesses and give exact dimensions. The prices aren't the best, but you can always search for the best price elsewhere if you're on a tighter budget.

We got the leather Ultra Harness Pro a few years ago on the recommendations of several Litsters. The whole kit was $35 on eBay, and it's actually a really nice harness with a dildo and two plugs that can be used separately (which we do often). The buckles make it easy to get on and off, it comes with a waist extender strap (to fit up to a 44" waist), and it fits me quite comfortably with plenty of room to spare. I could probably figure out the max dimensions of the leg holes and everything, if you're interested (if so, PM me, please).

Out of curiosity, I searched the Adults Only section of eBay (under Everything Else), and it looks like the best deal right now is $60 including shipping (Item # 380098781425 ). I don't know if there are better deals to be had elsewhere right now, but I know it's more expensive at a lot of sites/stores.

I've never tried the feeldoe but have certainly considered it as I get more experenced. There are very mixed reviews about it here especially if you get very wet, it can slip and people seem to recommend using a harness with it too which for me defeats the whole object

When I was new to this with my ex, I found the "Bend Over Boyfriend" DVD and strap on set really useful. The harness isn't the prettiest-nylon straps-but it is fully adjustable and appears to expand to generous proportions(-I was a UK 18-20 when I started) and if he is new to having his arse fucked, the smaller, smoother dildoes seem to be easier to adjust to initially. You can also add new dildoes to it as he and you get more experienced.

I think mine was from babeland.com but try a UK site called bondara.co.uk too-they've got a huge selection, are very reasonable and deliver within a few days-beware though-I go on there for one thing and ALWAYS end up with a shopping list as long as my arm! Based in the UK as I am, some of those links might involve a long wait/lots of postage costs...I think I'll start by looking into janeyl's recommendation - I'm a uk size 16-18 on my bum and hips and thighs.
