In my writing, I like to think about strange, taboo, and sometimes bizarre kinks or fetishes.

I am really curious if anyone has any really offbeat or uncommon fetishes?

For me, I have a very intense fetish for tape. I love being bound with it, playing with it, having it stuck on me, being used to make me look silly.

I think of fetishes being tied more to inanimate objects, rather than activites or actions.

So things like choking or asphyxiation are not really fetishes, but more kinks. Is that too fine of a distinction?

Maybe inanimate is too strong a word. I can imagine someone having a bondage fetish (in fact I think I do) because they get excited at the image of bondage, looking at pictures or someone tied up, or when they see balls gags or handcuffs. Which is different from a bondage kink, where you enjoy being tied up.
