Story Pending, more than a Week

I'm posting my first story for the first time in three months and it's been sitting in pending for 4 days now. I was going to get it published for the Winter Contest, but it looks like it won't get published in time.

Delete and repost following the guidelines in the stickied thread. Make sure you follow the instructions for the winter contest; those stories usually get expedited.

I think I should just drop Literotica for good. After waiting for 2 months, they just decided to send back 4 of my stories at once just to hit me with the usual "It's AI" lame excuse without providing any context or explanation. 4 stories that I have written over the course of late August and September. Spent hours writing them on the daily basis just for that. Didn't do anything wrong, no AI, no grammar checker bs, nothing. Just me and my close friend who writes erotica as well. They know exactly how useless their AI checker system is. It can't even slightly distinguish the difference between real and AI generated slop, but here we are. Letting that AI slop treat real work as AI slop instead. Either hire people to go through stories themselves or drop the AI slop machine, because it's funny how useless it is. Real person even if slower, could do 100 times better job than whatever slop they are using. I could go on, but my words would be wasted. Just like the hours I have spent writing those stories. And talking about this issue is like beating a dead horse.

One of two things has happened.

1. Someone made a big mistake and buggered up the process by which stories are submitted, accepted, and or published but, they don't want to own up to it. Their refusal to face the music themselves has resulted in the majority of the authors who are wanting to submit here having to do it for them. That's not good business. That will come back to bite you in the ass every time. Passing the buck only makes you a buck in the short term. In the long run, you make a buck but lose trust. And, if you aren't trusted, no one will give you the time of day, let alone their money or their stories about their fantasies.

2. The repository of stories has been deemed sufficient enough by the owners to operate this site as a "Cash Cow" milking the udders of thousands of past stories about, well, udders, and losing their motivation to work hard enough to generate new material. They figure they have enough goodwill out there that the new stories will continue to fall into their lap, and, if they don't, who cares? The cash cow is right there and advertisers will see those well rounded teats and know that hungry mouths will come looking for them.

After years of debate I decided to take the leap and came here feeling excited to create a new audience for a different kind of story that I've been wanting to tell. That excitement has shriveled quicker than a dick in ice water.

This story is quite well written but waiting for another part kind of ends the excitement. Waiting.

So you have any recommendations on where to go?

I always suggest AO3 but lots of people here dont like that one because of their lack of content restrictions (they allow underage, snuff, hard non-con, etc.) and reduced views for anything not tagged with a fandom. But if you are just looking for a place to share your erotic writing it does work.
