Story Pending, more than a Week

Mine was submitted almost a month ago and nothing has happened

I had submitted a story in early August. After it was pending for close to twenty days, I re submitted it on August 31. It is still pending. I wonder if the mods even know what's in queue.

Only advice I can give is delete and try again with a note to admin

My new story took less than 8 hours to be posted.

The whole system does feel arcane and hit and miss, which makes it all the more frustrating
