If your story is very long, you could consider breaking it up into a series.

That’s something I’m considering as well. I’m working on the story now, and I think I’ll end up at around 85,000 words. But if I split it into two parts, there’s always the chance people won’t read the second one.If your story is very long, you could consider breaking it up into a series.
Don't fool yourself that the View count for a stand-alone stories means more readers. All it means is a click in, but you have no way of knowing if they clicked out straight away.I’ve already written two series, and I’ve noticed that the later parts attract fewer readers. Personally, I enjoy the long stories on Literotica. So for me, the length isn’t really a problem, but I’m still unsure whether I should split it or not.
