Stop emails?

how do I get the e-mail to stop ? After I posted a couple of times I started to get e-mail telling me there is a new post.

Do a search for your user name and look at all your posts. Luckily you don't have that many so far. Click on the edit button on each of your posts and uncheck the e-mail notification. (It's the second box under the box where you type your posts.)

You may also need to go to your control panel and change your options. That's at the top of any lit page.

Thank you so much morninggirl. I got the problem fixed. Now I wont have 1000 e-mails next time I check it
