Stephen Miller confirms Trump 'actively looking at' suspending key pillar of Constitution

The conflation part.

They are deporting all statuses.of.migrants. It's clear that when the word "illegal" is mentioned (I e. Deport all illegals), you include them, since the administration is deporting them all.

But please, tell me why Afghan refugees who helped us in our war are being deported and how you don't support that. Tell me why Venezuelan refugees fleeing communist dictatorship regimes are being deported.

Tell me how it matters.to you whether someone has valid asylum claims or not because they crossed the border and broke the law.

Fuck off

Because they all came here ILLEGALLY.

Because they all came here ILLEGALLY.
Yes, I get that you conflate them all.

Christian Afghan refugees came here legally, fuckhead. We brought them here to protect them from retribution for helping our troops.

As I said.....the word is used because your brain can't accept that people you find undesirable have any certain ability to be here. And you cheer when you send refugees back to their deaths because they aren't human to you.

LOL, yes, make it seem as if everyone being deported is here legally instead of acknowledging that ILLEGAL migrants are the ones being deported.

Afghan refugees were stripped of their status and deported on Good Friday.

I get that you believe that this administration acts in good faith.

But that's because you're a moron

But, you're so fun to watch as you go through the contortions of watching yourself shove a stick up your own ass.
Youre the one who made a point to announce that you were ignoring me. That isn't my issue.

I like how you project your fee fees as if they were real reals.

dudly, I iggy and un-iggy AS I PLEASE and you don't get any say in the matter.

Basically, you're an idjit who fantasizes that you're Napoleon and have conquered the world of Lit. Not only are you wrong about that, you're wrong about most of the other stuff you post.

And the only one who doesn't see it, is you.

Imagine that...

You ignoring objective.reality because you believe Stephen Miller is what I'm pointing out. My feelings are not relevant here.

Afghan refugees have been deported.

They were not illegal.

I wasn't discussing whether or not you have ignored me or not. Reading comprehension is difficult.

How exciting for you 👍

It's ok....let Stephen Miller rock you to sleep with songs of dear leader.

Those Afghans dying aren't anything to worry about 👍

Yet YOU were the one who brought it up.

You do shit like that and then immediately try to downplay it as if it happened spontaneously by the other guy.

Basically, you're fucked in the head and can't track the things you post. Which isn't surprising given how often you fuck up.

How exciting for you 👍

Yay!

Of course 👍

Your go-to when you fail and can't figure out a way to get out of it.

Lol...I brought up your announcing to the world that you were ignoring me...yes. i never brought up whether your choice to do so mattered to me

I have nothing to get out of. I enjoy watching you flip out.

Lol...I brought up your announcing to the world that you were ignoring me...yes.

So, how is me no longer giving you the iggy, my fault?

Basically, you're a fucktard acting like a know-it-all and not having a clue what you're really saying.

Which has been your problem all along.
Neat

Abraham Lincoln, Andrew Johnson, and FDR did a partial when he interred the Japanese. While the writ itself wasn’t formally suspended nationwide, Japanese Americans were detained en masse through executive order, effectively denying habeas corpus. the Legal Challenge that followed was Korematsu v. United States upheld the detention at the time (later widely criticized). Officially, it only happened once and that was Lincoln, the other times, the effect of suspension occurred via executive or military actions that curtailed the right to challenge detention. That may be what is being contemplated if at all.

The thing to remember is Congress stripped immigration jurisdiction from the federal district courts when Congress passed the INA and established the Article II Immigration Court system. Another thing to remember is "due process" is only the due process one is entitled to. Illegal aliens are entitles to a lot less "due process" than American citizens. In that context the president may be investigating ways to remove these illegal people more efficiently, you know, like Democrats did when they were in power.

It seems like that POS is trying to simultaneously channel two of the worst scumbags in human history: Joseph Goebbels & Roy Cohn.

😳 😑 🤬

Who knows the true motivations for that POS’s behavior:

Little "man" syndrome???

Weak chin syndrome???

🤔

Sooooo weird…and creepy…and freaky…and weird…

👎

We. Told. Them. So.
