Article One, Section 9, clause 2: "The privilege of the writ of habeas corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in cases of rebellion or invasion the public safety may require it."

They are deporting all statuses.of.migrants. It's clear that when the word "illegal" is mentioned (I e. Deport all illegals), you include them, since the administration is deporting them all.

But please, tell me why Afghan refugees who helped us in our war are being deported and how you don't support that. Tell me why Venezuelan refugees fleeing communist dictatorship regimes are being deported.

Tell me how it matters.to you whether someone has valid asylum claims or not because they crossed the border and broke the law.
