Will Trump Suspend Habeas Corpus For Illegals?

CECOT is not a concentration camp.
I never said it was

The other issue is prior to March Maduro refused to take his gang members.
So you've just abandoned your original statement?

Let me refresh your memory
What you wrote implies that the DHS resorts to sending migrants to concentration camps or forced deported to a country other than their country of origin. Cite any factual evidence as to why you believe that is actually happening. DOOFUS!

And yet Trump did it under the same conditions as Biden.
Yes, he temporarily made an emergency declaration to take authoritarian power to sidestep Congress.

And the next President will reverse that

The democrats wanted open borders.
No they don't.

If you can’t control entry no amount of judges is going to solve anything.
The current President hasn't even addressed the lack of judges in the slightest, which would absolutely assist you with his efforts.

And that says something.
(He doesn't want to fix shit....he just wants to be seen as the guy that did things)

The blame is squarely on Biden and his puppeteers . Obama had the common sense to deport millions.
Biden didn't overstep the law. He paroled within his role. You don't like that, but Congress continues to be the only way to fix the issues.

This Congress hasn't even shown the slightest appetite for doing so and the President has not appealed to Congress to do so.

I.e. this is just a temporary show pony.

Blinders are keeping you from focusing on what is required to address the deportation matters. You have no solution here, just political partisan rhetoric.

I think it's fair to acknowledge that our immigration system has been under strain for years and that both parties have contributed to the gridlock. You're right to point out that we need better control and processing at the border—but we also need to be honest about what's actually happened and what’s possible.

For one, the figure of 30 million crossing the border isn’t supported by any official data. The actual numbers are indeed high, but not nearly as high as that. And not all who arrive are staying—many are turned away, deported, or returned under existing policies.

Secondly, the attribution by Trump that millions of them are criminals, rapists, and insane people that countries dumped into the US is blatantly false. Crime stats do not support any of this nonsensical, propaganda–fake Trump's news. Trump lies, more often than not.

The idea of detaining everyone until trial sounds straightforward, but in practice, it would require a substantial expansion of resources, including detention centers, legal staff, and immigration judges. Biden did try to address this with a bipartisan border deal that included increased enforcement and faster processing—but many Republicans, under pressure from Trump, rejected it. Trump owns the failed parts of the non-funding of judges and facilities–full stop.

It’s also worth remembering that Trump had four years with a Republican majority for much of that time. Despite Trump's tough rhetoric, the system remained overwhelmed, and no major immigration reform passed. The problems didn’t start with Biden, and they won’t be solved by slogans alone. Your bleating about Biden is unfounded, much like Trump's rants without factual support. Under Biden, more were deported than under Trump. context matters

Obama, for all his flaws, tried to balance enforcement with efforts at comprehensive reform. The issue isn’t about one party wanting “open borders”—it’s about how we manage a humanitarian and legal challenge that has outpaced an outdated system.

Real solutions will require serious bipartisan cooperation. Blaming one side while ignoring the broader dysfunction just keeps us stuck in the same place. Your harping like a sea lion isn't getting any traction here.

Republicans passed I believe was HR-1, it was an excellent bill and that reprobate Schumer wouldn’t bring it up for debate. Remember, it was the Republican house that first attempted to deal with immigration.

Biden undid all of Trump’s policies, policies that were working to stem the hoards.

Who cares, the numbers are staggering, didn’t need to happen, didn’t need to lie to the American people that our borders were secure.

Don’t know the exact terminology he used but make no mistake, thousands upon thousands are amongst the American population reeking havoc.

Biden had an out, it’s called remain in Mexico.

It wasn’t overwhelmed. Democrats like Pelosi and Schumer fought him on every funding request. Revisionist history. No one said it started with Biden, but Biden exacerbated the problem. Trump lost the house in 2019. Ryan was the worst republican speaker in my years watching politics.

Obama actually did his job.

One remedy, stop child birth citizenship. It’s a magnet. Stop providing taxpayer benefits for illegals.
