Ok, so I pulled out the service manual for the creamer and looked up the trouble shooting sex-shun. If the method we've been doing doesn't work, there's an alternate method we can try girls. I'll include and step by step lesson on the procedure...

Oh goodie! Because we're going to need all the help we can get. The way I see it, we'll get the best performance from our suppliers by making them compete with each other.

So we set up little contests like:

- Who can empty their creamer the fastest?
- Who can empty their creamer the slowest?
- Who dispenses the most cream? (this will require a panel of expert judges probably :) )
- Who can glaze the most donuts?
- Who can glaze the most donuts from across the room?

I guess I'm sort of picturing sort of a Starfucks Olympics :D
