Did you ever play sports when you where a kid?

Or Do you follow a certain sport now?

When I was a kid I played Soccer for like 13 years and then I did track when I made it into Jr. High.

Now I dont play jack squat, but wouldnt mind getting on an indoor team for soccer again.

Only sport I follow is professional wrestling. Talk about funny stuff.

Just let me know what you all do and like.

I play soccer and basketball....

It's been suggested that if I focused on soccer I could have made a decent stab at it, possibly even professionally.
I'm just an average bball player, with a bit of playground style imbued in me.

I never tried wrestling

I also play snooker, table tennis, run pretty fast, and swim every now and then....

I used to love the NBA when I was growing up. Bird, Magic, Dr. J., Barkley, the Pistons. the NBA used to be a great league because all the stars and the great teams were different. You could talk about how "Showtime" would do against the "Bad Boys" Bird had that country boy hokiness while Magic was Motown smooth even if he played in LA. Barkley was a good ol boy who said exactly what he thought...

Now everyone is the same, they have the same music, the same hair, the same tattoos. There is nothing interesting about the NBA, plus the players are so far removed from reality it's sad.

I still love baseball and football, though

now- coach field hockey and softball, play softball

only sport i really follow is baseball.

I used until not long ago play soccer every sunday as part of a pub team but I've had to give it up because I have arthritis in my right knee and frankly now I'm to fat to run around a field anymore....time for a diet I think.

Sorry I'm just pulling your leg, can anyone asnwer me this how come soccer seem's to be viewed as a womans game in the USA while the rest of the world see's it as a mans game, sorry to sound sexist but it's true

In addition, football, basketball, and baseball pay better professionally, are better marfketed, and, to Americans, much more exciting

Americans don't understand soccer, plain and simple. As my generation and the younger generations gets older, the views of soccer will change, as I believe everyone and their brother plays soccer now. Basically they Americans dont understand the hardships of soccer, that a low scoring sport can be interesting. It seems we want high scores, fancy shows, ect. The more entertainment value, the better the sport. The physical demands arent as important, it seems.

my fav sport is soccer *spit* i hate calling it that hehe ... its football ... in uk its more unusual for a girl to play soccer but i play in a girls team now and im pretty good even when i play against guys in the local park


i love playing loads of other sports too ... squash swimming tennis gymnastics (more when i was younger) ive tried loads of other sports too but those are ones i do regular

there's this thing out now... its called a sports bra... it doesnt hurt as much when you run wearing one of these... that's how i managed playing sports with them silly

Although I have known a few girls that worn the sports bras, and complained about the discomfort. They, of course had big breasts.
