What's this? I leave the board for an hour and a half, and Philly starts getting Rammed and Slammed? Where's Tony Gam when I need him??? So we booed Santa, threw snowballs at him...so some people booed Donovan McNabb on Draft Day. The fans in this town love their sports. That's why Fans are short for Fanatics...Philly is a great sports town. So the FU center is appropriately named...We love our teams. This town is enamored with the Sixers? Why? Because they are Blue Collar. They play hard. They leave it on the floor. We don't fight amoungst ourselves (ala Shaq and Kobe). We may be tough fans, but we're good fans. The rowdy ignorants are not a total representation...just as Tie Domi does not exemplify the Maple Leafs. Speaking of which...on Monday, they can share tee times with Vince and the Raptors. It's a shame Vince has to miss his UNC graduation to come to Philly and lose a game 7.

Where to begin. Booing Santa doesn't show you guys to be jerks? Or McNabb? Lets not forget why they booed McNabb, they were upset with the Eagles for not taking*Tries to supress chuckles* Ricky Williams. Which shows you to be stupid also

Third, At least the Leafs got to the second round to lose in 7. We didn't lose our last game by 7 goals, did we?

Fourth, great for bringing up Tie. I believe it was in your city that he got into a fight with a loudmouth Philly fan who decided that jumping in the box with a p.o.'d Domi was a smart thing to do.

Such nastiness from my friends north of the boarder. I am A Sixers fan. I am not, however a dedicated Flyers fan. Bobby Clarke is an ass. They deserved to lose that game to Buffalo. They quit. That's why they get booed. Once again...that Falcone kid who got in the box with Domi? He got FRIED on the local sports shows. None of the callers support those antics. Rowdy fans here are hunted down, and made fools in the local media. There's no call or reason for that crap. That's why Philly has some of the toughest rowdy fan penalties in all of sports. We don't approve or tolerate it. That Falcone moron? He's banned from all Flyers and Sixers events for 5 years. Had to forefit season tickets, was fined, and got community service. Of course, no one wants to talk about us cleaning up our unruly fans. It's funny how everyone wants to classify the general populus with a small percentage of IDIOTS. I didn't boo the Ricky Williams. That was a cry baby group of Morons headed by a MORON talk jock who gathered them up by buying beer and offering free wings to cheer for Williams. You're asking for trouble by doing that. I dodn't want Williams in the first place...I wanted a QB. How often are 5 solid QB's in one draft class? And as for the Sixers Raptors...care to make some sort of friendly bet? I want this to stay friendly...no need to get personal...but come up with something reasonable.

Well, coming out of college, Couch, McNabb, Smith, Culpepper and McNown were all very solid for a single draft class. I'm a firm believer in fixing a franchise at QB, and bringing him along slowly. Look at Steve Young behind Montana, or Griese behind Elway. I hope they take their time with Vick down in Atlanta too. As for Ricky Williams...Mayor Rendell liked him because he was in the Phillies baseball organization at the time. Obviously, he was a crap baseball player...and that was NO way to hype a FOOTBALL player!!! I love Rendell to death...but personnel director he's not. LOL But hey...Toronto had a great year. Vince just isn't at the point yet where he can handle what's going to go down at the FU Center on Sunday. The fans here are alot different then in the Garden. Plus, I don't see the Sixers letting them take it here from them. They've been through too much this year to lose this game. As for my C-Webb opinion...wherever he goes will be via sign and trade due to the $$$. So wherever he ends up, think of who would need to be involved. If he goes to NY, they can swing it. Probably Camby and A. Houston. Detroit? Hmmmmmm...they MAY be able to get him without a sign and trade since it's his hometown...MAYBE. Houston...who would they give up in a sign and trade? They're against the cap pretty hard. Lakers? Nope. Sacramento? Maybe. I'm interested to see what teams do what with sign and trade moves. I expect alot of movement with Atlanta...they have players to move, and a high draft pick as well. Vancouver/Memphis will want to move Bibby or Abdur-Rahim. The Sixers may move Mutombo. Sonics WILL move Baker and Payton...maybe Patterson too. So it should be an interesting offseason.
