Spiritual Connection - Sexual connection

I'm Christian and the lady in question is Jewish. She has been a client of mine for for years. After Oct 7 we became closer after discussing what was happening (and I really don't want this to be any sort of Gaza vs Israel thing, just two people empathizing)

There was never any intention of a sexual relationship, ever, despite her being an attractive lady. Yet this afternoon, it happened.

She is a single 50yo, me 62 in an open marriage. What might happen next?

I guess the next step is to convert to Judaism. Or she converts to Christianity and joins your harem. Or both of you convert to a third religion. I hear the Japanese pantheon is lovely this time of year.

Jesus was a Jew. Christians like to forget that, hate Jews, and don't realize they are hating then the people and culture of Jesus. I suggest you just don't overthink the religious issues. If you were young and going to raise a family, you'd have to figure out which faith to raise them in, or expose them to both and let them make there own choices when old enough. That's not even an issue. Just love each other and have faith.

I don't know who you are dealing with, but I have never seen any Christians, at least from my experience, express any hatred toward Jews. If there are, and I'm sure they exist, I wouldn't want to be a part of that congregation anyway.

I've seen more examples of hatred against Jews on college campuses since Oct 2023 than I have in any Christian circles I've been in and that's over 45 years and a dozen plus churches (we moved a lot). I don't deny the history of theological hatred against Jewish people, not at all. It's a fact. And it was completely revolting. But I'm more concerned about what I see from members of Congress and Ivy League university presidents in the present, making excuses for anti-Jewish hate. That's the real threat.)

When you say "client", it is a relationship where you would need to worry about ethics and such (like attorney client, for example)? If so, that would make it much more complicated.
