Specific gender first person tags

Understanding that there are subtleties to gender, are there any tags that identify stories told in the first person voice and that describe the narrators gender?

I love this question because sometimes I can't even tell from reading the first fifteen paragraphs what the gender of the narrator is.

First-person isn't the only POV this happens in, because 3P usually comes with a name, but it's a far, far bigger problem in 1P.
