As the word relates specifically to the BDSM Forum, I am confused. JB and others stated that when I was quoting my own posts, on a thread, (duplicating my prior post), it was "SPAM". I have checked online as to different states 'spam' laws,...and nowhere could I find anything that defined what I did as "SPAM".

RisiaSkye,...could you clarify this SPAM for me as it appears in the STICKY?

Spam is a tough one. Typically, it refers to solicitations for other venues, robot-posts (like Ze Troll-bot that follows KidRock 1 around), and other non-participatory content.

I think that you were labelled as "spamming" because you recycled the "crusade" post in several places. The unchanging nature of the language, and its frequent reappearance, are the things that make it potentially spam. To my way of thinking, you were in a grey area, which is why I left it. And I know, or believe that I do, you were not attempting to be disruptive or to "spam."

I hope that helps to clarify.

Be well,
RS

Thank you very much for your clarification.

I will admit I was trying to *disrupt* the flaming,...and I can see where it was a grey area. Thanks for giving me the benefit of the doubt.\
