I'm still looking for a good puppy, just being exceptionally picky about the whole thing. But when Oreo's a year old I'm going to see about bringing another year or nearly year old cat into the house. Two cat's have been a surprisingly consistent good mix for friends and family. Multiples of dogs and cats are a bit cationic.. or should I say cat-otic...

The benefit of two jobs is that I can't talk the same shop to the opposite people.

I rarely ever see my Powdercoating coworkers outside the shop unless it's a company function. The only Pizza coworker I see outside of work usually is the daughter. Luckily being in separate stores has been a Godsend because we don't argue anymore. I love hearing her talk like me though. Tonight, she talked about a situation where two coworkers accused her of being me in disguise.

I talk too much about my favorite relaxing hobbies. But here they are again. Like tnman, I love to walk and/or hike. I pretty much have to do this everyday for many reasons.

Every night, in bed, I read for about an hour. If I wake up, I read more. This is probably one of the culprits why I sleep in so late in the mornings, lol.

Before that, in the evenings, I log in to play some frenetic, wild PvP in my game, which relaxes me. I help others and feel so good doing it.

My relaxation activity of choice is YouTube videos, driving for fun and certain video games. I also like napping.

This is starting to sound like one of those dating videos. Lol

Cook, read, play sports, long bath, gym or long conversation with someone I love or care about.

Ah yes, I love to drive too, and listen to some great music! Luckily, any direction I head in where I live leads to some amazing vistas.

An update on the things I mentioned yesterday. The gas leak was still going on last night. I went for a late walk and had to cut it short due to a sound louder than a jet engine and the natural gas smell giving me a headache. I think it's all ok now.

Jaw is feeling a bit better, although still can't open it comfortably. A few nights ago I was in a raid (not the tense boss-killing raid type, but a catatonic sleepy raid doing their weeklies), and I always try to liven things up and I started talking about my cupcakes I had leftover. Someone wanted "better than sex" cupcake flavor. I said I had multi-orgasm flavor, which is pretty good. My friend, who I was chatting with in-game, reminded me yesterday..

"Maybe your jaw got popped out of place due to a mouth orgasm from one of those better than sex cupcakes."

I had a good laugh.

Well... someone here wanted to know how Daddy's Lil' Monster looked today after I sent him yet another boring puppy pic, lol. So I turned around and snapped one at my desk. I'll keep it for awhile. Here's a bigger version.

Yeah, high pressure gas line leaks do sound like a jet engine and natural gas in a high enough concentration level will make you feel sick. I hope they get everything repaired here this morning. It's good to read that your jaw's feeling better which sure does indicate it was stress related. Here's hoping everything's even better later today or tomorrow.

It didn't sound like that at the time of the spill. I think it might have been their cleaning up efforts. I hope it's all cleaned up now and didn't affect the environment too much.

Well I managed to get the hood back open at home and it took the gallon of antifreeze between the radiator and the over flow. I stayed in the village today while watching it. So far it seems to be running at its normal point on the gage but I still have a faint smell when I shut the engine down and get out. I still need to go get some groceries yet but my buns are dragging from running this morning. Voted, stopped to rearrange a lunch thing, stopped at the cemetery and the PCP's then back home for lunch in the village and loading the system up.

Got my JBL/ Harmon Kardon surround sound system out of here today. It's all black laquor and pretty. My wing guy who helps me head up the support team took it. Next is getting the full JD barrel shrink wrapped and then over to the Sp Forces motorcycle shop in Ybor.

Not sure what that whole relaxing thing is you're talking about. Does passing out at night count???

I am addicted to walking/hiking. Ranging from short walks to long walks and casual hiking to serious hiking, that is my go too activity. Nature balances my otherwise urban/technological life style.

A close second is listening to/playing music. (Oddly though, I do not listen to music when I walk/hike - I dislike losing the critical sense of sound when I am out and about. Weirdly, that is the same reason I never wear a hoodie - it chops my peripheral vision and that's a no-no. Head up, eyes and ears wide open.)

Third is reading and writing for pleasure.

Wait! I forgot sex! LOL - no, I didn't but sex is a more complex activity. Sometimes it can be very relaxing - right partner, right place, right mood. Other times it can be way to intense to be relaxing.

Finally, on the unspoken topic - Vote Lyanna Mormont and Davos Seaworthy!

I will listen to music when walking if I am in a contained environment, like on a track at the Community Center or on the treadmill in a gym.

TNMAN love the sound of the menu items lately. Good luck with the hunt for the new pet.

I have to be outdoors to really recharge my batteries. Fighting with tech stuff all week, I really enjoy my hikes to unplug. Cooking and watching sports alongames with my new book series I've been reading are the indoor activities. I agree with Paul on the sex argument, sometimes a relaxing time sometimes an all out marathon workout!!
