I love jalapeño poppers but totally suck at scratch cooking them, a lot of the stuff Pixie talks about are foods I love but are also beyond my marginal abilities. Most of my cooking is traditional Southern dishes, soups, stews and a few other odds and ends.
My poppers are super easy -
10 jalapeños halved and seeded
Mix together the following
1 pack of cream cheese, softened
1 lb sausages cooked and drained
1/2 pack of shredded cheddar
Put the minute inside of the jalapeño half and bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes
we're not meeting up until late afternoon, the morning is going to drag lol
