Busy Busy Busy. Got my sister from the airport. (Wednesday) Ended up working Thursday - so VACA started today. Been unpacking and reorganizing the RV. Almost back to normal. Sunday headed to NC for a few days. Then TX bound.

I'm one of those who will go completely out of my way for anyone, but it isn't something that's reciprocated towards me. It is what is. Smile and go on. At least I have my puppies, the kitties are hiding somewhere because it's raining.

Yeah, I understand the expectations of others and how they vanish when it looks like they owe you. As you say its what it is. I got overheated on my walk today so after I put groceries up, rehydrated and changed clothes I kicked back on the sofa. Little stand offish Oreo jumped up and laid on my lap letting me pet her for an hour or so. I was wondering who'd swapped cats with me.

Maybe...but I'll defer opinion for a while. She bit me on he ankle half an hour after I'd gotten up. Play bites to be sure but she always catches me by surprise.

I suspect your right. Cat's are opportunists and want to be in charge. Dog's just want to be fed, have water, a place to sleep and some love. A cat will live with or around you but always be the most true to itself.
 
Good morning Spacer's! There's fresh coffee, hot water for tea and orange juice at the bar. If we're lucky Pixie will stop by with some breakfast goodies. :)
