son of the isolated blurts thread!

That sounds fantastic. Can we declare it book and coffee week?

I would just be down with the never-ending cup of coffee. YUM

Make that never ending tea, and I'm in.

On a separate note, thanks to Nip, Ed, RS and Ppl for all the prayers, positive thoughts and good juju. I think it worked. I FINALLY got my pathology reports (almost 2.5 effin' weeks later :mad:) and all is well. Finally feel like I can breathe again. I'm ready for a drink. It's five o'clock somewhere.

way to go bail, knock 3-4 back to get started tonight, you've earned 'em! :D

I must have done a good job of deleting FB friends last year. So far I've yet to see one War on CHRISTmas post. *knocks on wood*

Conservatives think that Baby Jesus is under attack from secular progressives. Or something. So we gotta put CHRIST back in CHRISTmas.

Okay, I have to admit that I didn't see that coming. It certainly was an eye opener.

My perfect day would include neither a book nor a cup of coffee, but would include one or two of my favorite Litizens.

I do hope that they've found what ails ya. We miss having you around. :rose:

It's not about getting presents... it's about making each other happy and spending time together.... and food.. haha:D

But. . .but. . . but. . . I like presents.

Abba fueled baking spree until midnight!

I really do love doing bake sales but very very sleep right about now and I want a cheeseburger. Go figure.

Oh I see. It think it would be nice if Christmas meant something more than presents and buying a whole heap of shit no one really needs.

A number of years back my wife and I started going to "giving trees" around town and picking out one tag for each member of our family. We then go shopping together for the items. We buy both the "need" and "want" and then go back together to drop it off. It has become an annual tradition.
