Is put a burger patty (or slice of meat) under some other stuff that was put there after the patty (or slice of meat) and is still going to grease soak through everything there once the patty (or slice of meat) build is done. I could never put a meat patty under a true layer of ingredients from the top down. Say what you want but this is who I am. I don't understand people who isn't like that.

My order is like this.

1st my top bun/bread (toasted of course, fuck you think this is) flipped on its bottom
2nd my mayo and sriracha and sweet relish and saucy condiments layered on its surface
3rd my lettuce/salad/kimchi/slaw/crispy crunchy leafy greens
4th the tomato slices, two at most or one big ass thick one
4.5th marinated halapeno peppers
5th my shaker spices or more condiments
6th my burger patty or cold cuts or meat slices
7th my cheese slices (if making burgers then they is better partially melted on top of the burger patty in the broiler oven)
8th my onion slices (you can put this after the tomato if you want to but they better at the bottom)
9th my bottom bun/bread (yes this toasted too you dumb mothafuckas)
10th THEN you flip that mahfucka over and you got a burger/sandwich

My homemade burgers and sandwiches is done right without a question. True burgers and true sandwiches, I cannot and will not stack them over each other out of order.

I really don't understand cheezpuffs that do.

I like what you do with your meat.

You must be parodying someone I have on iggy. Damn the cheese puffs!

A few weeks ago I bought one of these from the eBay

It makes perfect 1/2 pound burgers. I form up a dozen or so of them, then put on a cookie sheet and freeze them. Then use my

to individually vacu-seal them.

That's not a bad idea. Those vacu-seals are purdy handy, aren't they...hmmm...

I usually make the patties from scratch whenever I wanna eat burgers. I'll broil them all and then save the cooked ones I'm not eating for next day's work lunch or dinner. But they're always tastier fresh, can't lie.

Imma cut you some slack by assuming you were in character for the parody-ee given that he don't know a lot of "Spanish people."

Please tell me you know it be jalapeño? And you best be pronuncicating that ñ correct, dig?
